About Media ServicesMedia Services provides audiovisual equipment and a number of services to the Elmhurst College Community for the support of the academic curriculum. The equipment and resources are available for class and presentation use. A Jaypass identification card is required for use of all equipment. In areas that operate within instructional support and development, services include:
- Keys to A/V cabinets
- Duplication
- Video production
- Audio rental
- Audio-visual equipment (with instructions)
- A/V equipment distribution on campus
- A/V equipment repair and maintenance
- Equipment and support for online conference (Skype, Elluminate, etc.)
- Smart classroom instruction and assistance
- Available for purchase – cassette tapes, videotapes, CD-R, DVD-R, and digital video cassettes (free for students for class-related projects)

Faculty and Staff technology training
Media Services provides training on how to use campus technology. Find out how to use equipment in smart classrooms, video recording studios, video editing studios, multimedia equipment (like digital cameras, camcorders, etc.), and more.
Video recording
Need a space to video record your class or presentation? Media Services has TV studios and video editing stations. Lessons can be given to students interested in learning, or a staff member can work with you.
